These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HairLossGenius.com and the educational programs, courses, live sessions, digital materials, products, communications, and related services offered by Hair Loss Genius™ (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the website, creating an account, enrolling in a program, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to any policies or terms referenced at the point of purchase or enrollment. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Certain courses or programs may have additional eligibility requirements stated on the applicable enrollment or checkout page.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity conducted through your account. Course and account access are intended for the individual purchaser or enrolled participant and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or made available to another person unless Hair Loss Genius™ expressly authorizes it in writing.

2. Educational Purpose of the Services
Hair Loss Genius™ provides dermatologist-led education designed to improve awareness, observation, communication, and recognition of hair and scalp findings by beauty professionals and other learners. The educational framework emphasizes recognition and appropriate communication or referral within the learner’s professional role.

Recognition is not diagnosis
Hair Loss Genius™ teaches recognition, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Course content does not expand a participant’s professional license, legal scope of practice, or authority under state or other applicable law.

3. Medical and Professional Scope Disclaimer
The Services are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional. Use of the Services does not create a physician-patient relationship with Seymour M. Weaver, III, M.D. or any other instructor, contributor, or affiliated professional.

Participants are responsible for understanding and practicing within the scope of their own professional license, certification, training, and applicable law. Nothing in the Services authorizes a cosmetologist, hairstylist, barber, esthetician, educator, trichologist, or other participant to diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, perform medical services, or represent that they are authorized to do so unless they separately hold the legal authority required for those activities.

When a health concern may require medical evaluation, participants should encourage the client or individual to consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional. No course image, checklist, scenario, or educational discussion should be used as the sole basis for making a medical decision.

4. Recognition Specialist Certification and Educational Credentials
Hair Loss Genius™ may offer educational certificates or credentials, including the Hair Loss Genius™ Recognition Specialist Certification. Any such credential signifies completion of the educational requirements established by Hair Loss Genius™ for that program at the time of completion.

A Hair Loss Genius™ certificate or designation is not a medical license, professional license, board certification, government certification, accreditation, or authorization to diagnose or treat any disease or condition. It does not replace or modify requirements imposed by a licensing board, employer, school, professional association, insurer, or governmental authority.

Program requirements may include attendance, participation, quizzes, examinations, assignments, or other completion criteria described in the program materials. Hair Loss Genius™ may withhold, suspend, or revoke a certificate for fraud, cheating, material misrepresentation, unauthorized sharing or copying of course content, or other material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

5. Course Access, Live Sessions, and Recordings
Course access periods, live-session dates, schedules, replay availability, and completion deadlines are described on the applicable program, enrollment, or checkout page and may vary by offering.

Live online sessions may be recorded for enrolled-participant access, quality, or administrative purposes. If a participant chooses to appear on camera, speak, use chat, or submit a question during a recorded session, that participation may be captured in the recording. Participants may choose not to appear on camera or may submit questions in another available manner where feasible.

You may not make your own audio, video, screen, or photographic recording of a course, live session, presentation, clinical image, workbook, quiz, examination, or other protected educational material unless Hair Loss Genius™ gives prior written permission.

6. Purchases, Prices, and Payment
Prices, payment terms, course inclusions, promotional offers, and enrollment availability are shown on the applicable product, program, or checkout page and may change for future purchases. A price change does not affect a completed purchase except as required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information. Payments may be processed by Kajabi or third-party payment processors. We may refuse, cancel, or limit a transaction where reasonably necessary to address fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, program capacity, legal restrictions, or misuse of the Services.

7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, credits, and transfer rights are governed by the refund or cancellation terms presented on the applicable product page, enrollment page, checkout page, order confirmation, or separate Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase. Those purchase-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms.

If a program is cancelled by Hair Loss Genius™, we will provide the remedy stated for that program or otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property and Limited License
The Services and their content are owned by or licensed to Hair Loss Genius™ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Protected materials may include, without limitation, the Hair Loss Genius™ name and branding, See It. Know It. Share It.™, Recognition Specialist curriculum, course slides, workbooks, quizzes, examinations, checklists, teaching frameworks, clinical photographs and illustrations, videos, recordings, case scenarios, written materials, the Emotional First Responder Checklist™, the Genius Deck™, and related educational resources.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Hair Loss Genius™ grants an enrolled participant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use course materials solely for the participant’s own education and lawful professional development.

Unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, create derivative training materials from, teach from, commercially exploit, or make available to others any protected Hair Loss Genius™ material. You may not share login credentials, distribute downloads, reproduce examinations or answer keys, remove ownership notices, or use protected materials to create or deliver a competing course or training program.

You also may not upload protected course content, clinical images, examinations, or proprietary materials to a public database, content repository, generative artificial intelligence system, machine-learning training set, or other third-party system for redistribution, model training, or creation of derivative educational content unless Hair Loss Genius™ expressly authorizes that use in writing.

9. Clinical Images, Cases, and Confidential Information
Clinical photographs, patient-related examples, and case materials used in the Services are provided for education and may be subject to copyright, privacy protections, permissions, licenses, or other restrictions. They may not be copied, photographed, screen-captured, downloaded except through an expressly provided download function, reposted, published, distributed, or used in another presentation or educational program without written authorization.

Participants must not submit or disclose identifiable patient or client information, protected health information, confidential salon or business information, or other information they are not authorized to share. Hair Loss Genius™ is not intended to serve as a repository for patient medical records or protected health information.

10. User Content, Feedback, and Testimonials
If you voluntarily submit feedback, suggestions, comments, survey responses, or similar materials, you grant Hair Loss Genius™ permission to use that feedback for internal business, educational, and service-improvement purposes. We will not publicly use your name, likeness, or testimonial for promotional purposes without permission where consent is required.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit is lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and does not infringe the rights or privacy of another person.

11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, professional rule, licensing requirement, or the rights of another person.
• Misrepresent the meaning of a Hair Loss Genius™ credential or represent that you are authorized to diagnose or treat medical conditions when you are not.
• Infringe or misappropriate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
• Share course accounts, bypass access controls, scrape or systematically copy content, interfere with security features, or introduce malicious code.
• Harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, discriminate against, or unlawfully collect information about others.
• Use the Services or protected materials to create unauthorized commercial training, derivative products, or competing educational content.

12. Third-Party Platforms and Links
The Services may rely on or link to third-party platforms, including Kajabi, payment processors, email providers, video-conferencing services, analytics providers, and social-media platforms. Hair Loss Genius™ does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, or independent practices. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

13. Availability, Changes, and Corrections
We may update course content, instructors, schedules, features, prices, or other aspects of the Services when reasonably necessary. We may correct typographical, factual, technical, or pricing errors and may suspend or discontinue a Service. When a material change affects a paid program already purchased, we will take reasonable steps to provide a substantially comparable service, appropriate notice, or another remedy where required by law or stated in the applicable purchase terms.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Hair Loss Genius™ does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that all information will remain current indefinitely, or that participation will produce a particular professional, business, financial, clinical, licensing, or educational result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hair Loss Genius™ and its owners, officers, instructors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, loss of data, or similar losses arising out of or related to the Services, even if advised that such damages may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Hair Loss Genius™ arising out of or relating to a paid Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Hair Loss Genius™ for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hair Loss Genius™ and its owners, officers, instructors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your material breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorized use or distribution of protected materials, or conduct outside your lawful professional scope that you attribute to the Services.

17. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, fraud, security concerns, unauthorized account sharing, infringement, cheating, unlawful conduct, or a material violation of these Terms. Provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective after termination.

18. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Hair Loss Genius™ Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Privacy Policy.

19. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another law must apply. To the extent permitted by law and unless the parties agree otherwise, any court proceeding relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in a state or federal court located in Harris County, Texas, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

20. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable program, checkout, refund, or purchase-specific terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings concerning the same subject matter.

21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, or legal requirements. The revised Terms will be posted on the website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Changes generally apply prospectively, except where a change is required by law or otherwise expressly stated. Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
